What is Subversion?
Subversion is run by a small team of dedicated fetishists who have been active on the London scene for a number of years.Club Subversion is a fetish club, usually on the first Saturday of every other month. The club is split across five areas - dance floor, a chill out area upstairs and a large (quiet) dungeon/play area, small couples room and private outside smoking area.
The music we play is dirty, funky electro. Our resident DJs are well known throughout the scene and love nothing more than a packed gyrating dance floor! The music in the play area is atmospheric and ambient (music you can hear a crack of a whip to!). We have a team of resident Mistresses, Masters and slaves as well as on hand - Dungeon Monitors to help if needs be but most of the time they are just about to make sure everyone is behaving themselves. If you have not been to a fetish club before please read the first time tips before you set out.
There is a strict dress code and you will be turned away at the door if you do not have the right attire with you. If in doubt about your outfit just give us a call!
We attract between 250 - 400 people a month (more for the London Fetish Weekend Special) . Singles and couples welcome and we have many people of both sexes who attend on their own as well as in non "couple" groups. Subversion is a friendly club where bad manners and inappropriate behaviour are not tolerated.
We are (usually) open from 10pm - 5am The venue is currently at Union, 66 Albert Embankment, London, SE1 7TP - ......check each events flyer for exact information.

Q. Do I have to be a member to get in
A. No you do not have to be a member - everyone (as long as you are dressed in fetish gear) is welcome
Q. I lost something at Subversion - who do I contact?

Q. I am a single male. Will I get in and am I welcome?
A. Yes and yes. As long as you are in dresscode and are polite and respectful....NO WANKING is allowed. Although we have resident Mistresses and subs, do not expect anyone to play. They are volunteering their time. If you want a Mistress to guarantee you play we suggest you hire a professional.
Q. I ordered my tickets and they have not arrived. What now?
A. All tickets are electronic (sent to you via email which you should print out and bring with you unless you have ordered by phone. If you are having problems please call the office
Q. What shows up on my statement when I buy tickets over the internet or phone?
A. Online orders will show up as Ticketscript. Telephone orders will appear as City Bikes Ltd
Q. Are you that strict on dresscode? Why?
A. Yes we are. We find that if everyone makes the effort it makes for a better atmosphere. No Fetish clothing will mean you will be turned away at the door and if you manage to get in there are no refunds if you are challenged about dresscode and asked to leave.
Q. Is there parking nearby?
A. yes there is lots of free parking near the venue
Q. Is the venue wheelchair friendly?
A. Yes - the main two areas - the dungeon and dancefloor, are both fully accessable. Unfortunately the chill out area and couples room are not .
Q. Can I get changed at the venue?
A. Yes - the couples room acts as a changing area until 12.30am - most people arrive at the venue with their outfits on underneath their regular street clothing
Q. Is there a cloakroom?
A. Yes there is a secure cloakroom
Q. I have a quesion that is not answered here. What do I do?
Please note - Club Subversion reserves the right to refuse admission for any reason. There is a strict and enforced fetish dress code. If you are found not to adhere to the dress code you will be asked to leave. Ticket sales are full and final. No refund will be given if admission is refused on the door or if you are asked to leave. Club Subversion reserves the right to change the venue, date and time of any event. Absolutely NO cameras or phone cameras allowed without an official photopass. Over 18s only...if you look young then bring ID!!!
